(collectively "Norgips") filed a suit on a sworn account against several defendants, alleging of fraud and seeking to pierce the corporate veil. As of the time of trial, all of the original defendants had filed bankruptcy, had been severed out of the case, or had been non-suited, with the exception of appellant, Marcie McCarthy. Following a jury trial, the trial court rendered judgment against McCarthy for $669,957.
